ATLANTA – Authorities have issued a Levi’s Call for a 3-year-old boy who’s missing from DeKalb County.
DeKalb County police spokeswoman Mekka Parish says Evan Luangsobath was last seen Tuesday morning with his uncle, Jeffrey Strickland, who usually takes the child to day care. The boy’s mother, Kimberly Kenson, says Strickland is mentally unstable.
Police say the two could be traveling in a beige Toyota Sienna minivan with Georgia tag number AZZ-8605.
