A 19-year-old man was arrested by Bradley County authorities early Tuesday on outstanding warrants of statutory rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The charges against Brandon Michael Callahan stem from an investigation into a report that Callahan had sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl in October, said Bradley County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Bob Gault.
Callahan, who is free on bond, also is charged with two counts of failure to appear in court, Gault said.
