“There are 16 current teachers who are alumni of Soddy-Daisy High School, and they all serve on the committee as well,” Mr. Thomas said.
“Principal John Maynard began the Hall of Fame movement for Soddy-Daisy. Inductees are recognized for contributions to the school, the community or the world,” Mr. Thomas said. “Much consideration is given to how an inductee’s story will inspire our students to achieve greatness in his/her own life endeavors. We want the students to catch a glimpse of their own success by meeting the inductees.”
