* What: The latest offering from one of Chattanooga’s favorite barbecue houses is the smoked meatloaf. Teddy Hines, operating partner at the Broad Street location, said adding another smoked meat option has proven to be a big hit. It is served in two ways, as a platter or as a sandwich. The platter comes with meatloaf topped with Memphis original barbecue sauce,, Smokehouse Rice and choice of side dish. The sandwich is served with fries or an alternate side dish. “One customer commented that the coleslaw and fried onions on the meatloaf sandwich make it unbelievably good,” Mr. Hines said.
