The town Planning Commission will meet tonight at 6 p.m. at Town Hall to again consider a request to rezone property behind Signal Crossing from low-density residential to highway commercial.
The Youth Auction at Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church will be Saturday. This is an evening event including dinner, silent auction and live auction to raise money for youth missions. The Second Annual Frozen 5K for Haiti will take place on Saturday, Feb. 6, at 9 a.m. The 1-mile walk and 5K run will be on Shackleford Ridge Road from Signal Mountain Bible Church. Entry forms are available at www.smbible.com or at the church. Entries must be postmarked no later than Jan. 31 for pre-registration. The fee is $15.
