With Chattanooga’s unpredictable weather as we prepare for the transition from winter to spring, choosing a cocktail and where to have it is just as difficult as choosing an outfit. Enter the FEED-back from FEED Co. Table & Tavern. Assistant General Manager Heather Jennings, who created FEED’s cocktail menu, says it’s an easy-sipping drink for any time of year.
Like all the restaurant’s cocktails, she says, the FEED-back is made from scratch using house-infused maple simple syrup and fresh ingredients, aside from the peaches. And those were purchased at the Chattanooga Market from a local farmer during peach season and frozen so diners could enjoy this smooth sipping drink until the fresh variety is available again.
Enjoy the FEED-back on the restaurant’s large covered patio, comfortable in a range of conditions, or head indoors on those unexpectedly colder days.
