Text Request adds six managers after 150% yearly growth in users

Text Request is kickstarting the new year by announcing six promotions to its management and departmental leadership teams amid sweeping organizational elevations, according to a news release. Each of the promoted management and departmental leadership team members has been with the organization for multiple years.

“After successive years of unyielding business growth, I can’t think of a better way to start the new year than with these promotions,” said Text Request CEO, Brian Elrod in the release. “Each of these individuals are the embodiment of professionalism, and their unique contributions have elevated the standing of the entire organization. Though they are deserving of these promotions, I would also like to publicly thank them for their commitment to Text Request and the customers we serve. As their efforts and spirit have propelled us forward to this point, they will continue to strengthen us all in these new positions.”

The Chattanooga-based text messaging service has two and a half times as many customers today than at this point in 2022, and the promotions are designed to facilitate additional anticipated growth.
