Reasons include food products stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer when they must be 6 inches off the floor. Excessive carbon build up was found on sheet pans and water was leaking from the chemical dispenser at the triple sink. Adequate hand washing techniques were also not observed by employees during the inspection.

Reasons include an observed employee handling ready-to-eat food with bare hands and an employee drink found in the freezer. A person was also observed on the fry station and failed to wash their hands between glove changes after handling raw food. Utensils were also found to be stored in standing water beside the steam well.
