Col. Bruce HamptonEarlier this week, producers at Barking Legs Theater weren’t quite sure what to expect from Col. Bruce Hampton’s upcoming show, other than “another evening of musical madness” from the fusion rocker.
On the website, venue co-owner Bruce Kaplan wrote he had “no idea of the specifics, but such was the case when he last played the Legs, and the results were astounding.”
He recalled: “It was a show many regarded as their favorite Hampton show, and not a few regulars called it their favorite Barking Legs show. Ever. Some things you just have to take on faith.”
The show, postponed from October, will start at 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 26, at Barking Legs, 1307 Dodds Ave.
Tickets are $15.
