Off-price retailer Burlington Stores Inc. will open its new Hixson store Friday in the Towne Center North shopping center at 5591 Highway 153.
The 24,595-square-foot storefront replaces the larger Burlington outlet at Northgate Mall, which closed last month after operating there for more than a decade.
Burlington is filling the space previously occupied by Bed, Bath & Beyond in Hixson before its liquidation earlier this year.
“Our goal is to continue to offer communities low prices on brand name merchandise for the entire family and home,” Burlington Stores CEO Michael O’Sullivan said in an announcement. “We’re continuing to expand our footprint across the country and are excited to be opening a new store in Hixson.”
The new store will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
On Friday and Saturday, the first 100 adult customers to the new Burlington store will receive a $10 bonus card to be used toward any Burlington purchase. On Sunday, customers will receive a free Burlington umbrella while supplies last.
