How much did Erlanger have to pay for the naming rights to the new Lookouts stadium? A better name would have been Baroness Erlanger Park.
Erlanger is private now, so we will never know what price they paid for their name to be on the new stadium. Pathetic. Cry me a river about taking care of the indigent.
Predictably, there’s a landslide of applications for private school vouchers. No doubt mostly well-heeled folks who already used private schools – now at everyone’s expense.
Thanks, Jim Coppinger and county commission, for helping Erlanger stay out of the sunshine. We will never know what’s going on at this community’s single-largest asset.
Of course everyone wants good public education. The question is: What public good are you willing to give up to invest more in it? Road work? Police/sheriff patrol? Parks?
