Regional planning commissioners are set to gather for their monthly meeting Monday to review a new batch of proposed developments across Hamilton County.

The Planning Commission reviews and makes recommendations on rezoning property and plans for large-scale projects.

On Monday, its agenda includes proposals for a residential complex near Chattanooga’s new minor league ballpark, an event venue in a Lee Highway building and a plan for retaining dense housing in a fast-growing part of the city.

The full list of projects to be discussed Monday, plus planning staff cases and past decisions, can be found on the Regional Planning Agency’s website.
