Chattanooga’s land bank made its first donation official Thursday.

The bank agreed to donate a parcel on Oakland Avenue in the Alton Park area to Wind River Built, a modular home builder based in Cleveland, Tennessee.

A home could be up on that lot by March, city Housing Policy Director Megan Miles said at a Thursday meeting of the Land Bank Authority.
