The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football team rallied from 17 points down in the fourth quarter to defeat East Tennessee State University 42-38 on Saturday at Finley Stadium, with the Mocs improving to 3-4 overall and 2-1 in the Southern Conference.

UTC has won six straight series meetings with the Buccaneers (3-5, 1-3).

The Mocs, who returned from their lone open date of the regular season to post back-to-back wins for the first time this year, will continue SoCon play when they visit Samford (1-6, 1-4) at 3:30 p.m. Eastern next Saturday in Birmingham, Alabama.
