The Chattanooga Football Club plans to move its players into apartments at its new six-story headquarters on Riverfront Parkway in January.

The professional soccer team with fervent local fans broke ground on the 76,000-square-foot building in July 2024 where a vehicle emissions testing facility once stood.

The headquarters include 39 apartments, first-floor retail spaces, a fitness and rehab center for players, a rooftop bar and CFC’s corporate offices. Sage Hill Investors, the locally based parent company of the club and the owner of the building, will occupy offices on the top floor.

Finley Stadium, where CFC has played home games since its creation in 2009, is two blocks away from the headquarters.
