The regional zoning board is set to review multiple projects Monday, including a subdivision with over 100 proposed units and affordable senior housing proposed by a local church.

The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission looks over applications to rezone parcels and makes recommendations that are ultimately approved or denied by either the Chattanooga City Council or Hamilton County Commission, depending on the location. The planning commission also makes the final decision on approving proposed subdivisions, without going before a legislative body.
