Last fall, Chattanooga developer Urban Story Ventures completed a $28 million, 225,000-square-foot industrial warehouse that it’s now marketing to potential occupants.

Jimmy White, the CEO of Urban Story Ventures, anticipates the building will have a tenant finalized in the next 30 days or so.

“That would be my gut,” White said in a video interview Friday.

Alongside city and county leaders, the company broke ground on the project two years ago on 19 acres within the Centre South Riverport Industrial Park. At the time, the plot was the last significant available parcel in the broader 300-acre industrial park off Amnicola Highway.
