OWINGS MILLS, Md. — Baltimore Ravens edge rusher Trey Hendrickson will miss Sunday’s home game against the Tennessee Titans because of a finger injury.
Ravens coach Jesse Minter said Hendrickson had a procedure to fix the injury and will not play.
“We think it will be very, very short-term,” Minter said Friday. “But just in a quick way to get that fixed and get him back, I think that is going to be best for us moving forward.”
The Ravens signed the 6-foot-4, 265-pound Hendrickson in the offseason to boost their pass rush. The 10th-year pro, who was a Pro Bowl selections four seasons in a row from 2021-24 and an All-Pro first-team the latter year, has one of Baltimore’s six sacks during the team’s 2-1 start to the season heading into the matchup with the Titans (0-3).
As for Baltimore’s offense, Jovaughn Gwyn (ankle) and fellow center Ethan Pocic (knee) are both out, too. Receiver Zay Flowers (hamstring) is listed as questionable, but he played in last weekend’s 34-31 win against the Dallas Cowboys in Brazil. Tackle Ronnie Stanley (toe) is also questionable after missing last week’s game.
