When Bradley County sheriff’s deputies responded to a call on trespassing charges Tuesday, a mobile meth lab was discovered in a vehicle on Old Charleston Road, officials say.
After a consent to search, deputies located a bottle that appeared to contain several known substances used in methamphetamine and a coffee filter with several grams of suspected meth, said the sheriff’s office spokesman Bob Gault.
Keith Lee Johns, 31, of Phoenix, and Jennifer Cathleen Terry, 24, of Maynardville Tenn., were arrested on charges related to the promotion, manufacture and possession of methamphetamine, Mr. Gault said.
The items in the vehicle were sent to a state lab for testing, he said.
Mr. Johns and Ms. Terry are in Bradley county jail on individual bonds of $35,000.
