More than 4,400 Americans have suffered battle deaths and many more have been wounded in Iraq since 2003. Now President Barack Obama says he believes the United States can safely expect an end to the U.S. combat role in Iraq – by the end of this month!
That’s just a couple of weeks away! What does “safely” mean?
We might just “declare the war is over” and go home at any time. But what will happen after U.S. withdrawal?
