The familiar cry from TV host Ty Pennington will be heard somewhere in the Chattanooga area in February as ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” rolls in.
A news conference set for 10 a.m. Thursday at East Chattanooga Lumber will reveal more details. However, the name of the family – that lives somewhere in the area – will not be revealed until Pennington knocks on their front door.
The show, which has been airing on ABC since 2003, selects families whose homes or lives are in dire straits and builds them a brand-new home, usually in seven days.
