Members of the Sequatchie County-Dunlap Chamber of Commerce spent the day in Nashville with the TVA Economic Development Team and discussed several ways that we might pursue future business. There was a discussion about global business opportunities and how the Chamber can partner with TVA, as well as talks on community development/research and they affect economic development plans for our area.
The Chamber’s Leadership Class and others will be spending next couple of days in Nashville, visiting the legislative session, Rep. Bill Harmon, D-Dunlap, Sen. Eric Stewart, D-Belvidere, and the governor’s offices.
