In this free science cafe, set for 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, at Stone Cup Coffeehouse, 208 Frazier Ave., Mary Beth Sutton, executive director of the Caribbean Student Environmental Alliance, will talk about water quality in area creeks, the macro invertebrates that might inhabit them and ways citizens can keep their watersheds clean.

In addition to Caribbean SEA, Sutton leads a local chapter, TenneSEA, that focuses on protecting watersheds in the Tennessee Valley.
