Einstein Bros. Bagels is declaring its independence from National Pizza Day – which shares Feb. 9 with National Bagel Day – by moving its Bagel Day celebration to Jan. 15 this year. Einstein is offering to “bake” your day by giving all guests a free bagel and ‘shmear’ with purchase, along with a coupon for a free bagel and ‘shmear’ to “bake” someone else’s day. (Expires Jan. 31, 2020.)
