The Bradley County man arrested Tuesday following the shooting of his stepson will be arraigned today.
Donald Hallmark was denied bond. He is charged with domestic aggravated assault.
His stepson was shot at least twice Tuesday evening, Bradley County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Bob Gault said. After a domestic argument, the 65-year-old man allegedly shot his 55-year-old stepson while a female looked on, Mr. Gault said.
