The southeast Tennessee real estate market is seeing the return of a $5.5 million estate along the Ocoee River in Benton, Tennessee.

The property has come on and off the market, with its listing price dropping around 30% since 2024.

The Ocoee River Estate, as it’s coined by the owner, is an approximately 54-acre property that runs about 2,000 feet along the Ocoee River. The property is owned by an LLC, Polk County Rentals, which is owned by Virginia Rawls. The property is located at 1020 Thomas Road in Polk County.

The estate has a main residence of 6,750 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a 9,000-square-foot riverfront grand hall, an amphitheater that can seat more than 500 people, and a 40-by-70-foot workshop for storage, according to the Ocoee River Estate website.
