The newly remodeled Zaxby’s restaurant at 7328 Shallowford Road, in Chattanooga will reopen Monday with new owners and a new look.

Gary Avants is the new restaurant owner. He has operated Zaxby’s units since 1997 and the Shallowford Road outlet will be his 15th Zaxby’s restaurant.

The restaurant features a new decor and the Coca-Cola Freestyle, the touch-screen operated fountain that enables guests to select from more than 100 regular and low-calorie brands.
