Autopsy results have confirmed that toxic levels of methanol were to blame for the January deaths of two Greenbrier teens who drank racing fuel, according to reports obtained Wednesday from the state medical examiner’s office in Nashville.

Logan Shane Stephenson, 16, was found dead inside his Franklin Farms home on Jan. 21.

His best friend, J.D. Byram, also 16, died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center on Jan. 25.
