- Most interesting thing we recently learned: Four University of Tennessee at Chattanooga civil engineering students recently received national recognition for a project managing stormwater and incorporating green infrastructure on campus. The team submitted their work to the Environmental Protection Agency’s ninth annual Campus RainWorks Challenge and were awarded honorable mention. Their project, titled Operation CLEAN, looked at innovative, eco-friendly ways to mitigate flooding and water pollution in the city. Get the details here.
