A Sand Mountain man wanted in connection with possessing several automatic weapons is now in custody.
Thirty-one year old Justin Smith was arrested after the Dade County Sheriff’s Office received a tip that there were weapons at the home located on Poplar Road.
When officers arrived, they did not find any weapons but did find ammunition and drugs. Smith and his wife, 32-year old Misty Hodges were booked at the Dade County Jail.
