Region 4-AAA duals at Rhea County tonight

Hixson, Baylor and McCallie have secured spots in next week's state duals in Franklin.

Bradley Central's T.J. Hicks takes down Cleveland's Garrett Bowers during their 113-pound match Jan. 12 at Cleveland High School. Bowers beat Hicks 3-1 and Cleveland won the dual 30-29 after beating the Bears 34-33 earlier this season. Both teams are in the Region 4-AAA duals semifinals tonight at Rhea County.

TSWA 4A, 3A all-state football teams include seven Chattanooga area players

The Tennessee Sports Writers Association has released its 2016 all-state football teams for Class 4A and Class 3A, and the lists include seven players from the Chattanooga area.
