You’ll get a dozen oysters and six jumbo Florida shrimp that have been steamed in beer then finished with a rich warm broth and served with drawn butter and a cocktail sauce made in-house. For added excitement, try it with a side of Alaskan split king crab legs, which also are steamed in beer and split. “They almost taste like lobster, they are so succulent and tender,” said chef/owner Louise Gray.
