The city pledged two years ago to help provide up to 1,000 more parking spaces around TVA’s Chattanooga Office Complex. Mayor Ron Littlefield said a parking garage built on top of ground floor retail space in the 1000 block of Market Street could meet the TVA need and give 200 needed spaces for a possible conversion of the Patten Towers into condominiums.
