Keller Williams Realty has begun remodeling its original East Brainerd office in celebration of its fifth year in Chattanooga, officials said.
According to MLS listings, Keller Williams’ sales volume has grown by $18 million since 2007. Its offices are bursting at the seams, according to Jeff Harrell, operating partner of Keller Williams Realty Chattanooga.
Renovation work is set for completion by November with additional offices, new technology and a modern look.
Since arriving in the Chattanooga area, the real estate company has grown to No. 1 in sales by volume, officials say, and is home to 200 agents, necessitating the expansion.
