Many Americans will never get over the shock of seeing fanatical Islamic terrorists hijack aircraft and make murderous suicide attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City and on the Pentagon.
Now there is further – obviously intentional – challenge by some Muslims who want to build a $100 million Islamic center just two blocks from the site of the horrible New York terrorist attack!
Plainly, that site for a mosque was chosen as a symbolic Muslim challenge to the United States of America.
There are clear reasons why many patriotic Americans are outraged and are opposed to a mosque being built there.
President Barack Obama has accepted the Muslim site choice. Many Republicans and others have assailed the idea.
