Card-DavisCard – Davis
The engagement of Hannah Allison Card and Matthew Mitchell Davis is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Brad Card. Parents of the future bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Edward Davis Jr. of Dillsburg, Pa.
The wedding is planned for Saturday, March 12, at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy T. Card and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kingrey of Glasgow, Ky.
Miss Card is a graduate of Chattanooga Christian School. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human services at Montreat College. She is a member of Hixson Presbyterian Church.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of E. Vernon Davis of Dillsburg and Jean Krimmel of Mechanicsburg, Pa.
Mr. Davis is a graduate of Northern High School. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in outdoor education at Montreat College. He is a member of Westshore Evangelical Free Church.
Morgan-AskewMorgan – Askew
Morgan Kacy Askew became the bride of Christopher Dale Morgan in a ceremony on Saturday, Aug. 28, at Lookout Valley Baptist Church.
The Rev. Lamar Moore performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Kyle and Kay Askew. Parents of the bridegroom are Doyle and Diane Morgan of Flintstone, Ga.
Meghan Appleberry, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Heard, Hayley Blockley, Sarah Ford, Amber McAfee, Lauren Domer and Gracie Heard. Maggie Heard was the flower girl.
Mr. Morgan served his son as best man. Groomsmen were Andy Heard, Brad Appleberry, Marc Stansell, Joe Kniat, Craig McBee and Dalyn Askew. Miller Askew was ring bearer.
A reception was held at the church.
After a wedding cruise to the Carribean Islands, the couple reside in Flintstone.
Smith-BolickSmith – Bolick
Elizabeth Ann Bolick became the bride of Andrew Patrick Smith in a ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 2, at Concord Baptist Church.
Dr. David King performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Gene and Lea Ann Bolick. Parents of the bridegroom are Rick and Susie Smith of Franklin, Tenn.
Courtney Smith was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kelly Oakley, Carrie Smith, Melissa Warren, Camden Russell, Brittany Shook, Amber Case, Gracie Blackburn, Rebecca Brower and Katherine Bruce.
The bridegroom’s father and Justin Smith served as best men. Groomsmen were John Jarnigo, Ryan Exley, Stephen Mooney, Alex Dorobantu, Roger Bolick, Brent Oakley and Michael Bell.
A reception was held at the Chattanooga Golf and Country Club.
The couple took a wedding trip to Maui.
They reside in Franklin.
