CBL & Associates Properties Inc.’s retail properties in the Hamilton Place area ended 2010 with six new retailers and three others readying for a spring 2011 opening, according to the company.
Hamilton Place mall General Manager Dan Wolfe said that the “significant amount of leasing activity that has transpired at the Hamilton Place complex is indicative of a healthy retail environment in the Chattanooga and surrounding area.”
Sephora, Teavana and Forever 21 are to open in the spring, according to the Chattanooga-based shopping center operator.
