* What: Wings are on many Super Bowl menus, but no one in town specializes in them more than Buffalo Wild Wings. Customers have several favorites, but the not-too-hot Asian Zing wings, which have a chili pepper-soy-ginger glaze, are requested most often, said Pamela Talbot, general manager of the Broad Street store, which will be moving to Market Street in mid-April. “Everybody likes the Asian flavors of chili pepper and ginger,” Ms. Talbot said. “It’s a different taste and a good taste combination.” The wings may be ordered boneless or bone-in.
