On Saturday, you can “Beat the Winter Blues” during the Creative Arts Guild’s music series at the Center for the Arts, 22 Waugh St. This month’s band will be The Band With No Name. Nope, that’s not a typo and, as you might be able to tell, the band combines music and humor.
Dinner and dessert are served, catered by the Dalton Depot, and tickets are $40 person. Reservations are required and doors open at 6 p.m.
Guests may also want to look through the Guild’s Galleries, where artwork, jewelry and other items will be on sale if someone needs a last-minute gift for Valentine’s Day.
