A joint investigation involving the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and Chattanooga Police Department has resulted in the arrest of a Cleveland, Tenn., man on six counts of child rape.
Paul N. Feilen, 36, was arrested at his Cleveland home Wednesday, said Janice Atkinson, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman. Investigators from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and Chattanooga Police Department were assisted by law enforcement from Bradley County in the arrest.
Mr. Feilen was taken to the Hamilton County Jail and booked on the six charges, Ms. Atkinson said.
