A 28-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder in connection with an incident at La Macarena Club.
Gerardo Hernandez faces two counts of attempted first-degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault after he cut Oscar Estrada and Jose Rafael Neave at the Rossville Boulevard club on Saturday night, according to a police release.
According to the police investigation, Mr. Neave and a friend of Mr. Hernandez’s were arguing over a woman that both men were interested in.
Mr. Hernandez pulled up in his vehicle, got out and began cutting both men, police said.
Mr. Neave was treated and released, while Mr. Estrada was listed in critical condition, according to the release.
