The Rondaboo Drive Parade will be held on Saturday at the John A. Patten Recreation Center walking track. Line-up begins at 8:45 a.m. and the parade will be from 9-10 a.m. Grab your kids, grandkids and pets dressed in their red, white and blue for a morning of patriotic fun. After the parade, from noon to 4 p.m., there will be gospel singing, bluegrass gospel and an Elvis impersonator. Bring your lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the fun. At dark, everyone will go to Rondaboo Drive for a spectacular fireworks show.
Lookout Valley Baptist Church will host a God and Country Celebration on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. in the activities building at 23 Lilac Ave. There will be music, games, food and fellowship. For more information, contact 825-5335.
