Chattanooga police arrested a local man Tuesday after an allegation of inappropriate physical contact with a minor, police said.
Officers were called by 34-year-old Brian Patusic’s ex-wife and informed that she came home and found him with her teen-aged sister, according to Sgt. Jerri Weary, spokeswoman with the Chattanooga Police Department.
Both Mr. Patusic and the girl were without their shirts when discovered, Sgt. Weary said.
After an interview with the girl and Mr. Patusic, he was charged with attempted aggravated statutory rape, she said.
Mr. Patusic is being held in the Hamilton County Jail, she said.
