The 311 “One Call To City Hall” service enables any resident living within Chattanooga city limits to have easy access to city services, effectively replacing the often-confusing phone book “blue” pages. Today, citizens who need to request a service or report an issue can simply dial 311 to speak to a customer service representative, or visit the 311 website. The top request is Trash Flash, which is the city’s specialized bulky item collection service for pick up of furniture, appliances and other oversized items from your curbside. The city also offers curbside brush collection but residents must call 311 once brush is placed directly in front of their address for the brush to be taken away.
