The Sequatchie County High School alumni social event will be held Saturday from 7 p.m. to midnight. CST at the National Guard Armory in Dunlap.
The new metal recycling center is open for business and located between the Kangaroo Station at 852 N. Rankin Ave. and Highway 111.
The Sequatchie County-Dunlap Chamber of Commerce is still selling the special engraved bricks for the Tennessee School Board Association. The bricks are $100 and are part of the association’s fundraising campaign. Engraved with the donor’s name, they are being installed on the front porch of the association’s Nashville headquarters and hanging on the Donor Wall of Fame in the main lobby.
