The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission approved a bed and breakfast for the 100 block of East 14th Street, rezoning a vacant lot to central business zone.
Applicant David Rose said he is still in the planning stages, but the structure would be “an inn with a bed and breakfast flavor, marketed to outdoor enthusiasts.”
Final approval is subject to the City Council.
