This one not ‘man’s best friend’

Many people love to have dogs for pets and companions. Dogs often are called “man’s best friend.” But one dog involved in a Sunday incident obviously was not anyone’s “friend.”

It was reported that a Chattanooga police officer on radar duty suddenly found his squad car being shaken. What in the world was happening? The officer said a bulldog had decided to chew on his patrol car!

The dog reportedly chewed on two tires and the squad car’s front bumper, attacked two cars belonging to private citizens — and a second police car! A police officer used pepper spray and a Taser — but the dog still did not stop its chomping. Finally, the offending canine and two other dogs were captured and a woman who owned them was cited.

What if the bulldog had chosen a person instead of a police car for its chewing?
