Applications are being accepted by the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Medical Society, Medical Foundation of Chattanooga, and University of Tennessee College of Medicine for the sixth Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine.
The forum will take place June 7-10. Nominations are due Friday, April 16. Rising high school juniors and seniors are eligible to apply.
The program educates students about options to assist with the cost of medical education; provides students and physicians with a mentoring/teaching experience; and increases the pipeline of health-care providers.
Participants may be nominated by teachers, counselors, doctors or youth organizations. Nomination forms are available by contacting Kevin Lusk at the Medical Society, 622-2872.
