The 54-acre Pikeville Spring Farm and Pikeville Spring, which once was the source of water f the first Bledsoe County land easement project completed by the Land Trust for Tennessee, and the first such easement on the Sequatchie River. The easement, made by owner Ronny Swafford, includes the option for a small public park to be created one day around the area of the spring.
