Chattanooga: Billiard Club accepting its license suspension

The Chattanooga Billiard Club has dropped its lawsuit against the suspension of its beer license.

The club will begin a three-day suspension Thursday.

The club’s beer license was suspended by the Chattanooga Beer and Wrecker Board in Feburary for allowing employees to drink on the premises.

That same month, a lawsuit was filed by the club in Hamilton County Chancery Court, asking for the suspension to be dropped.
